Sarah Saik, LBA, BCBA

Sarah has been working with children with special needs for 15 years in various capacities.  While earning her undergraduate degree at Louisiana State University, Sarah was employed as a line technician, under the direct supervision of several Behavior Analysts, providing ABA services to children diagnose with Autism.  This experience sparked a lifelong passion of serving the special needs community.  She later studied at the University of Cincinnati where she earned her Master’s degree in Education focused in ABA, ultimately, leading her to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  She is so excited to be a part of the Bridges family, and looks forward to seeing kiddos gain new skills and overcome obstacles.

Ambriel Spain-Byrd LBA, BCBA

Ambriel graduated from Nicholls State University with a Master’s Degree in Special Education focused in High Incidences Disabilities and ABA.  She has worked under the direct supervision of multiple Behavior Analysts as a lead line technician, which has given her the tools and knowledge to grow as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  This 2019-2020 school year, she has been the instructor for our on site ABA classroom that provides an one-on-one environment catering solely to the needs of our clients. She is exited to expand her experience and looks forward to continuing to serve those in the autism community.

Our Lead Line Technicians help keep clients program materials, data sheets, and progress tables up to date.  Both of our Bridges Lead Line Technicians are attending graduate school in hopes to become Board Certified Behavior Analysts.  Bridges BCBA staff help support and supervise this role.  Ambriel and Holly both provide exemplary support to all of their clients and will make amazing BCBA's in the future.
